User Agreement

By using LastCall Motor Auctions, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. All users must be at least 18 years of age. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree not to use the platform for illegal activities, fraud, or any misrepresentation.

Auction Rules

All auctions on our platform operate under fair and transparent rules. By placing a bid, you commit to purchasing the item if you win. Bids cannot be withdrawn except in cases of clear typographical errors reported within 1 hour of placement. Reserve prices, when set, must be met for the sale to be binding.

  • Payment must be completed within 48 hours of auction end
  • Non-payment may result in permanent account suspension

Payment & Transaction Policy

All payments must be made securely through our approved payment methods. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and digital wallets. A processing fee of 2.5% applies to all transactions. Refunds are only issued if the seller cannot deliver the item or in cases of fraud.

Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for accurately describing items and providing clear photos. All vehicles must be sold as-is unless otherwise specified. Misrepresentation of items may result in account suspension and legal action. Sellers must ship items within 5 business days of payment receipt.

Buyer Protection

Buyers are protected by our comprehensive buyer protection program. If you receive an item that differs significantly from the description or arrives damaged, you may file a claim within 30 days. We'll mediate disputes and ensure fair resolution. All transactions are covered by our fraud protection guarantee.

Privacy & Data Protection

Prohibited Items

Certain items cannot be sold on our platform. This includes vehicles with salvage titles without explicit disclosure, stolen property, counterfeit items, and vehicles with active liens. All vehicles must be street-legal or clearly marked as off-road use only.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between buyers and sellers, our mediation team will investigate and render a decision based on the evidence provided. Both parties have 14 days to submit documentation. Final decisions are binding and enforceable. For legal disputes, arbitration will be used before litigation.
